Well, today kind of went to pot in a basket. I have had approximately four days worth of syns in one day. I wasn't organised. I ended up watching a film at my brother's house while dogsitting and raiding his cupboard. Then I felt guilty and went to the supermarket replace the biscuits and bought other synful stuff as well. I've done my best to syn them up but they are just guesses based on the closest thing I could find at the SW website. I'm sure a cheese twist would be more than 2 syns.
But, I'm not ignoring it. I'm owning up to it now and the rest of the week can be back on track, except for the takeaway on Sunday of course. Don't see me loosing 7lbs again this week!
