Food and Activity Diary

For Yesterday

Breakfast - 2 babybels (A), 2 more babybels - 6 syns, 20 almonds (B), banana
Lunch - squares bar - 5.5 syns, 1.25 sandwiches from the buffet leftovers 14 syns (?), 2 satsumas, muller light
Dinner -  vegetable puff - ? syns, cheese swirly - ? syns, toffee sunday - ? syns, oreo chocolate - ? syns, 2 x babybels - 6 syns

Activity - none

That's it. That's honestly the end of the buffet. I even resisted the end of the cake today but that's the only good thing I can say. As for the rest, I think I'm testing myself. How much crap can I eat in a week and what exactly is the effect? It's like a science experiment - now I've have a kind of base line (i.e. Slimming World). Yeah, yeah. Excuses, excuses. I just wanted chocolate and sugary things.

Anyway, if I put on weight this week it will be totally justified. But I got to eat ice-cream and cake and nice things so it won't be a total waste.
