I'm not sure how much it's cheating but the wine was technically today as I drank it after midnight. Another weekend morning where I have more of a brunch than a lunch but it's just easier that way and at work the almonds meant that I didn't get hungry for ages.
I was going to have toast with my tea, but I fancied something sweet so I made a SW version of a cheesecake with quark mixed with muller light and the biscuits as a base. It's in the freezer setting at the moment so I'm not sure how successful it will be but if is any good I'll put the recipe (in as much as 4 ingredients is a recipe) my recipe blog, see link in side bar.
Eagle-eyed readers will note that I got my skipping rope a few days ago and have yet to report any activity. This is not strictly true. I did try it and I quite liked it, but unfortunately bouncing up and down without appropriate scaffolding is actually painful. So until I find my sports bras (probably banished to a box under the bed), it will have to wait.
I've kind of wimped out on the activity side of things this week. It has just felt to hard to squeeze it in. Or I have felt too lazy, which is probably the same thing. That's definately something I need to work on next week.
