Food and Activity Diary

Breakfast - 20 almonds (B), 2 babybels (A), 2 satsumas, yoghurt - 1.5 syns
Lunch - Baked potato - 1.5 syns with quark
Dinner -super-omlette (3 eggs), 2 x malted milk biscuits - 5 syns
Snacks/Other - Banana x 2, satsumas x 3
Total syns - 8
Activity - none

I'm going to skip reviewing the meal from the Thindian until the next time I go. They seem a bit overwhelmed at the moment so service wasn't really running very smoothly, but they have just opened so I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again once they've bedded in.

As for today, I wonder if it is possible to overdose on satsumas? I've had five today. Surely that's excessive?

Anyway, since I had such a lot of syns yesterday, I thought I'd have another super-omlette in the hope it will perform the same weight-loss miracle that it seemed to last week. This time it actually looked like a proper omlette (I only used 3 eggs this time, so that could be it) and I felt quite please with the result.
