Because of the low oil/fat ethos of the Thindian takeaway, it won't have had as many syns as a full blown Indian so I've knocked a few off each of the items and took and educated guess where there wasn't anything similar.
Not as big a disaster as Tuesday, but I hadn't anticipated cake or quite so much wine! Still, you have to let your hair down sometimes.
If I maintain this week, considering my lack of discipline, I will be happy.
