Bloomin' heck. Cramps again (not as bad though, but no quark this time). I clearly cannot handle a high protein dinners without carbs. I don't know how Atkins dieter do it.
Even though I've been doing SW properly since majorly loosing it on Wednesday, I'm a bit nervous that'll I'll undo all the good work by binging out that one day. I've been avoiding the scales at work, even though deep down I think I'm being a bit cowardly.
Tomorrow is our Thindian takeaway night, so I'm conscious of that as well. I think I'm just going to go no syns at all tomorrow except for the takeaway and hopefully that will balance things out.
Need to get my light trousers washed and dried for SW on Tuesday.
I have a bit of a dilemma on Tuesday actually. SW starts as 8.30am, which I could go to but I won't be able to stay for the meeting because I have an appointment at 9am. But I want to give myself the best chance of recording a loss, so I don't really want to go to a later meeting (she's there all day).
I think Mum is coming with me this week as well, because she has something on on her day. Maybe she won't want to go the 8.30 meeting, which would make the decisions for me.
....
I got brave. I checked the scales and currently maintaining which isn't bad for a) weighing in the afternoon, and b) wearing my jeans.
