Snack - Lion bar
Lunch - salad with feta, crisp breads with veggie pate.
Snack - flapjack, aniseed ball
Dinner - prawn and feta zoodles with spinach and artichoke, 2 glasses of white wine
Activity - none
So I only just started to do the food diary thing today, after the flapjack. My problem on the whole is organisation. Today I was more on the ball than usual. I made a salad for work and brought in snacks. The problem is I didn't eat the healthy snacks. I bought a Lion bar at the corner shop and got a flapjack from the charity sweets at work. This is not self-discipline.
Perhaps I should just go out to work without any money. My mother would be horrified; she has a rather Swiss attitude to carrying cash at all times. Perhaps I could have an emergency £10 at work
My activity today is nonexistant as normal. I thought about starting to walk to work again, even though the foot will protest (doc says it's okay though) but then I remembered I am taking delivery of a bulky parcel tomorrow, so will have to put that off.
Looking back over my old posts, I used to do a bit of the Wii Fit. I hooked my Wii up last week (to try to watch Amazon Instant Video, to be honest) so maybe I should try and get up early tomorrow to do that. Again, if I'm honest, something I'm not fantastic at.
I think today, I will just have to say "It's a start", not necessarily the best start, but a start.
