Today was a ridiculous day. I got a last minute appointment for my insoles (to help my broken foot) at 8.45 this morning so the day started off really bitty and just continued that way. I didn't really have meals. I just ate when I could. The meals above are only approximate; I've basically put things down in chronological order at about the time of day I ate them. I know this isn't good SW practice but I did keep to my syns at least.
