Food and Activity Diary

Breakfast - 2 malted milks - 5 syns, 2 babybels (A), 20 almonds (B)
Lunch - Aldi greek yoghurt, cucumber and pepper sticks with quark dip, tomato
Dinner -SW spag bol, greek yohurt and berries
Snacks/Other - banana, 45g thorntons chocolate - 12 syns
Total syns-17
Activity - 15min walk to work.

I'm midway through the week and I have, at least compared to last week, been quite good. I would hope to be showing a loss on the scales by now but I'm not. There are a few things it could be - for the last few days I haven't really done meals, so having a 3rd free food at a sitting just didn't happen. Even though I kept to my syns, I suppose the balance wasn't there. Also, I came on today, so probably a bit of water retention added into the mix. Plus, going off the rails on Tuesday. I hope that it evens out a bit over the next few days. I really don't want to put on weight on my third weigh-in. I am a little bit over today but I'm just going to take that on the chin. I needed chocolate and already split the bar in half. Quarters would be just too sad.
