So tired and headachy today that I really couldn't be bothered with tea - I wasn't really hungry and I didn't want to faff around with anything complicated. So I decided to just do baked mushrooms with a really easy stuffing, the work of five minute.
I was very good girl and actually measured out my wine.
When I did Slimming World previously, I would never have bothered with this. I would have made wine a treat and not bothered tracking it. I still have a feeling that this is a bit extreme, but I've made the decision to do this properly.
I had a sneaky peek on the scales at work today and I have already lost weight this week, so I don't want to sabotage myself now.
