Breakfast -satsuma, weetabix, a splash of skimmed milk
Snack -
Lunch -cheese swirly
Snack -peach yoghurt
Dinner - aubergine and feta pasta
Activity -none, except non-stop appointments all day.
While I don't officially start SW until tomorrow, I thought I would try to keep to the plan most of the day today. The feta was weighed and counts as a healthy A, no healthy B and there will have been syns in the swirly and the milk that I couldn't calculate but probably well within 15. The yoghurt was 1.5 syns.
I'm trying to get organised for next week so I'm trying to do my menu. I'm using padlet to do a week layout with movable meals. Not sure if this will work but I think it might help help me sort out my shopping list at least.
I also came across a website called My Body Gallery where you can put in your stats and see who is the same weight as you (or as you'd like to be, I suppose). I think this is a good eye opener so I posted my stats on there as well. Even though you can see my face here, you can do an anonymity mask on this site which I did, pretty much because it looks kind of badass, or at least as much as I am likely to get.
