Breakfast - yogurt 1.5 syns, grapes and satsuma
Snack - 2 regular babybels (A), 5 aniseed balls - 5 syns
Lunch - 4 Aldi cripsbreads - 6 syns, 1 tin of tuna with tomato and basil sauce - 1.5 syns, salad
Snack - 20 Almonds (B)
Dinner - Cod,Frozen veg, Quark based herby sauce, Boiled potatoes
Total syns - 15.5
Activity - 1 hour leisurely dog walk
Went slightly over on the syns because of the aniseed balls (possibly, can't remember if I had 4 or 5) but all in all I'm happy with my first full day doing the plan. Tomorrow I have a half day and don't start work until 4pm so making my lunch shouldn't be a problem. We'll see.
Also, I just found out about a new Indian takeaway in Leyland called - wait for it - Thindian. They do reduced fat/calorie Indian food so if you're a Northerner, it's a double pun! I feel it's my duty as a slimmer in Lancashire to sample this new establishment. Unfortunately, it's not in the plan this week so I will report back later...
